Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational programs offered by Apisync Tools (Field Notes, Sync Lab, Vault Mentorship) once a separate enrollment agreement confirms payment. This website itself does not process checkout.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than two paid modules and have not attended a live clinic. Requests after 7 days are evaluated for partial refunds based on unused mentorship seats.

Full refund conditions

Full refunds are available when materials were not substantially consumed, downloadable packs were not bulk-exported, and no private mentorship session occurred. Duplicate purchases caused by our billing error are fully refundable.

Partial refund conditions

If you completed more than two modules but have unused Vault Mentorship sessions, we may refund the unused session portion minus an administrative fee of ₩20,000. Sync Lab clinic recordings already released remain accessible only if the remaining balance is settled as agreed in writing.

Non-refundable items

Completed private mentorship hours, customized workstation reviews already delivered, and third-party software licenses (if ever bundled under a separate invoice) are non-refundable. Free public checklist pages are not purchasable and thus not refundable.

Refund process

Email support@apisync-tools.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, purchase reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask clarifying questions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank timeline variations in Korea or abroad may add additional days beyond our initiation date.

Cancellation

You may cancel future mentorship sessions with 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of that seat. Late cancellations count as delivered for refund calculations unless we waive the rule for documented emergencies.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law take precedence where they grant stronger protections. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay goodwill resolutions.
