Acceptance

By accessing apisync-tools.digital and related educational materials from Apisync Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and services.

Educational purpose

Content focuses on operational checklists and learning programs such as the Cold Wallet Sync Checklist. Nothing on the site constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

Accounts and enrollment

When you inquire about Field Notes, Sync Lab, or Vault Mentorship, you must provide accurate contact details. We may refuse or cancel enrollment that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Intellectual property

Course videos, PDFs, worksheets, branding, and site copy are owned by Apisync Tools or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use. Redistribution, public posting of full modules, or resale is prohibited without written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that impairs service, upload malware, or use materials to deceive others. You may not present our checklists as certified security audits.

Payments notice

This website does not process payments or checkout. Any fees discussed are informational until confirmed through a separate agreement communicated by support@apisync-tools.digital.

Disclaimer of warranties

Materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that checklist steps will prevent loss, intrusion, or device failure. Technology and vendor interfaces change; you remain responsible for verifying current device guidance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apisync Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of digital assets, data, or profits arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Apisync Tools for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₩100,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Apisync Tools against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
